Accommodation owners who are not present at the location they rent can be worry-free as we take over all their obligations. By collaborating with us, you ensure presence on all relevant sales channels, maximizing the occupancy of your accommodation capacities. Absolutely! Our main service is advertising and managing reservations, while cleaning and guest reception are additional options. You can choose only advertising, without cleaning and guest reception. However, it is not possible to use only the cleaning service or only the guest reception service. Flexibility is key, and we will find a collaboration model that suits you best!
Our agency charges a commission of 10-20% on average. This commission is included in the total selling price of your property, which is based on a percentage of 30%. This amount includes our fee and the commission of all partners on which the property will be advertised. The commission is calculated on the achieved reservation, ensuring transparency and simplicity.
The cleaning fee depends on the type and size of the property. The amount is determined based on the submitted photographs of the property or after our visit.
The guest reception service includes: welcoming guests at the location of your accommodation, providing information about accommodation rules and local offers, availability for additional information during guests' stay, guest registration in the eVisitor system, guest check-out, and accommodation inspection after their departure. NOTE: The fee for guest reception depends on the location of the property and additional services you choose.
Your property will be promoted on a wide network of foreign portals and agencies. Renters who collaborate with us are exempt from paying VAT on commission. Mustel Travel, as a domestic agency from Croatia, takes on the obligation of VAT, so renters are not required to request a VAT identification number.
Collaboration between renters and the agency implies the conclusion of a contract without a time limit. If you want to terminate the contract, the only condition is to respect the previously agreed reservations in your property.
To collaborate with us, you need: a categorization decision for all accommodation units you want to include in our offer, a completed facility that meets the basic equipment criteria, a new building (or a quality renovation). NOTE: Our agency sells accommodation capacities without prior availability check, so work on request is not possible.
