You can make a reservation through our website by filling out the online reservation form or you can contact us directly by phone or email. Our team will quickly respond to your request with detailed information about availability on the specified date. Please indicate the desired place and time for picking up and returning the vehicle when filling out the request.
We offer a wide selection of vehicles, including economical, compact, SUVs, and luxury cars, to meet the diverse needs of our clients, as well as scooters of 50ccm and 125ccm
To rent a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and personal ID are required (minimum of 2 years of driving experience). The minimum age for rental is 21 years.
The rental price includes the basic rental fee for the vehicle, basic insurance, unlimited kilometers, and VAT.
Additional costs may arise if you choose additional services such as child seats, additional drivers, or special insurances.
To cancel your vehicle rental reservation, please notify us at least 30 days before the rental start date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. If the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the rental start date, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the total rental amount as a cancellation fee.
Yes, we offer a vehicle pickup service at one location and return at another, with the possibility of an additional fee, depending on the distance and rental conditions. This option is valid only for rentals longer than 7 days!
In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, please notify us immediately. Depending on the type of insurance, certain fees or franchises may apply.
Yes, an extension of the rental is possible with prior consent and depending on the availability of the vehicle. It is advisable to inform us as soon as possible to ensure an extended rental.
The deductible amount is €200. This means that in the event of vehicle damage, the renter is responsible for covering costs up to €200, while the remaining amount is covered by insurance. The deductible applies regardless of the extent of the damage, meaning the €200 will be charged even for minor damages. In cases where the vehicle is damaged due to negligent driving or vandalism, the renter is liable for the full amount of the damage, including any costs incurred due to the vehicle being out of service until repaired.
