Yes, a deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the tour or as previously agreed.
Yes, it is possible to cancel the tour FREE OF CHARGE 7 days before the planned date. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the tour, the deposit will not be refunded. If the agency cancels the tour due to bad weather conditions or insufficient number of registered participants, the guest can choose a new date or receive a full refund of the paid amount.

To cancel a tour or accommodation, please contact us via email or phone. For cancellations up to 7 days before the planned date, we allow a full refund of the paid amount. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to the conditions stated in the reservation.
We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for weather conditions, as well as additional personal items such as sunscreen, a hat, or an umbrella, depending on the weather forecast. If it is a full-day tour, it is useful to bring a bottle of water and a light meal/snack.
We recommend arriving at the agreed meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before departure. In case of delay, please contact us immediately so we can check the possibility of adjustment. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the tour may not be able to wait for latecomers.
